Power Integrations IGBT Driver Distributor | SCALE-iDriver ICs
Genuine Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver single-channel gate driver ICs from 2.5 A to 8 A peak with reinforced FluxLink isolation up to 1200 V.
Power Integrations IGBT Drivers Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver gate driver ICs, single-channel drivers that combine galvanic isolation, protection and gate-drive power in one compact package. The SCALE-iDriver family uses Power Integrations' FluxLink solid-insulator isolation technology to provide reinforced galvanic isolation up to 1200 V, so the control side stays safely separated from the high-voltage side without an optocoupler. A single unipolar insulated supply generates the stable positive and negative gate voltages, which simplifies the power architecture, and the output drive current scales from 2.5 A to 8 A peak, enough to drive IGBTs up to about 600 A without an external booster. Integrated protection includes short-circuit detection with advanced soft shutdown, primary-side and secondary-side undervoltage lockout, and rail-to-rail output with temperature- and process-compensated impedance, which keep the driver safe in harsh conditions. Because the whole driver is integrated, the component count and the design effort are far lower than with a discrete gate-drive circuit, and the small eSOP package saves board space. Typical applications include motor drives, servo drives, solar and photovoltaic inverters, UPS, welding inverters and power supplies. Every driver BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the output current, set the gate resistors and plan isolation and layout for your IGBT module.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I read the SCALE-iDriver table?
Peak Gate Current sets how large a module the IC can drive, Voltage Class the IGBT blocking voltage, and Isolation confirms the safety level. Channels, Package and the rest complete the fit.
Choose the highest peak current that fits your budget to drive larger modules.
What is FluxLink isolation?
FluxLink is Power Integrations' solid-insulator isolation technology. It provides reinforced galvanic isolation up to 1200 V, so the driver needs no optocoupler and its timing is stable and free of the aging that affects optocouplers.
That improves reliability in high-temperature and high-frequency designs.
How do I set the gate resistors?
The SCALE-iDriver has separate turn-on and turn-off paths, so you set the gate resistor for each to control switching speed, loss and EMI. Start from the datasheet value, then tune for your module and EMI budget.
Our FAE team can review your gate-resistor choice.
Are the ICs genuine and documented?
Every Power Integrations driver IC BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Mainstream models are held in regional warehouses.
